We are looking for an experienced Welder/Fitter to join our production team in our custom metal fabrication environment. This is a long-term permanent position at our on-site facility. The individual must be experienced in using a variety of welding equipment and procedures

Role and Responsibilities:

Must have experience with Mig and Tig welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as GTAW, GMAW, and MIG for Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum.
Must be able to read blueprint and measuring devices amiliar machine shop procedures tools.
Must be able to make Jig and Fixture for production welding.
Ability to use spot-welding equipment is an asset.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
CWB welding certificate would be an asset.
Must maintain equipment and do safety checks.

Qualified candidates will be invited to perform a weld test.

Experience Required: 3-5 years. What we offer

Permanent direct-hire onto company payroll!
Straight day shift
Competitive wages up to $18-$24.00 hourly, depending on experience
Monday to Friday, with overtime available
