Inventory management

Weldflow maintains a reputation of a quick turn around and to maintain just in time approach for our customers, it becomes very crucial and imperative that we properly manage and have right product category of inventory at all times. We manage this through our in-house ERP software MIETRAK where all work orders and bill of materials are logged in and inventory requirement is updated daily. Ordering can take place depending on the vendor’s turnaround of the raw material. Similarly, considerable attention is paid to hardware and other smaller miscellaneous sundry items.
